Review on Water Edge
Water’s Edge is the second full-length release from British composer/pianist/teacher Jason Boyd, following 2010’s Storyteller.
Jason’s music is heartfelt, delicate, and thoughtful. It’s great to listen to while relaxing or reading a book, and I even play it in the spa where I work. His music connects with the listener, so, in that way, ‘Storyteller’ is the perfect name for the album. The music is gentle enough to be soothing, but purposeful and evocative so that it maintains interest.
